Additionally, the app offers TriRegio tickets for cross-border travel and RVL connection tickets in combination with the U-Abo or GA travelcard.

One of the standout features of the app is its secure wallet for multi-trip cards. Users can store an unlimited number of multi-trip cards in their wallet for easy access and use.

The app also provides peace of mind with its multi-trip card securing and restoration functionality. Users can register their multi-trip cards via a one-time SMS registration process, ensuring protection in case of loss or change of mobile phone. In addition, the app allows for easy transfer of multi-trip cards between smartphones through the "Send" and "Receive" functions.

When it comes to payment options, the TNW Tickets app supports TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance Debit Card, and Apple Pay.

To keep users informed, the app displays associated disruption messages for the selected departure stop.

The app offers a convenient favorites feature, allowing users to save their ticket preferences with the desired number of tickets and class selection for quick selection in the future.

An automatic "Locate-Me" function determines the current departure location and corresponding departure stop with ease.

Passengers can travel with up to 7 friends using the app, as it allows for a maximum of 8 tickets per journey.

Searching for a destination stop is made easy with the "Search by place/stop" function, while the app displays all possible connections, including via connections, for users to choose from.

The fare calculation feature automatically determines the correct fare from the departure to the destination, ensuring users are charged the right amount.

In addition, the app provides an alphabetical listing of short trips available from the departure stop.

Security is a priority, and users have the option to secure their purchase process with a password, including Face ID support.

For record-keeping purposes, users can send the purchase receipt via email and access their ticket history, which is saved in the ticket memory for 10 days.

An integration with the SwissPass Half-Fare Card allows users to register their card and conveniently display control information directly in their purchased ticket. This means that users only need to show their smartphone during ticket inspection.
